Payout Instruction

Follow the Instructions Below to Request Your Payout Funds

To Request Your Payout Funds, please follow the below steps:

Visit the Backoffice Page
Login to your account
Navigate to the Menu on the Left
Click on "Request" (4th from the bottom)
Select "Payout Request"
Select "Funds"
Enter the amount of Payout requested or "Select All" for the total credit balance
